What happens to the information you send us through this website.

Who we are

EJFP Planning Limited (company number 07773562, registered in England and Wales) is the data controller for the information you send us through this website. You can reach us at 49 Bannawell Street, Tavistock, Devon, PL19 0DP, on 01822 617878, or at ed@ejfp.co.uk.

What we collect, and why

The enquiry form asks for your name, e-mail address, an optional telephone number and your message. We use that information for one purpose only: to answer your enquiry and, where it leads to work, to provide planning advice to you.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to someone who has asked us a question about their site or proposal. We do not use your details for marketing, we do not build a mailing list, and we never sell or share them for anyone else's purposes.

Who else sees it

The form on this website is delivered by FormSubmit, an external service that receives what you type and forwards it to us by e-mail. Your message passes through their systems, which are located outside the United Kingdom, before it reaches us. If you would rather not use the form, please telephone us or e-mail ed@ejfp.co.uk directly instead.

Our e-mail is hosted by IONOS. Beyond that, we do not pass your information to anyone unless we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Where we are instructed, we keep the file for six years after the matter closes, which is the period we may need it for professional and insurance purposes.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking of any kind. See our cookies policy.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our using it. Write to ed@ejfp.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
