EJFP Planning Ltd is a town planning consultancy providing specialist advice on all aspects of the planning process. The company was established in October 2011 by Ed Persse, a Chartered Town Planner and member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, and works from Tavistock across Devon and the wider South West.
We can manage the whole process from beginning to end. With the requirements for planning applications becoming increasingly complicated, it is very important that what is submitted to the local authority is as comprehensive as possible.
From a single domestic extension to major residential and commercial development, the approach is the same: clear, considered advice grounded in real experience of how the planning system works in practice — from both sides of it.
